Defence Rajnath Singh falls on sofa as party workers cause scamper

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh suffered a fall on sofa while campaigning in Punjab’s Faridkot. This happened when Singh was getting ready to be garlanded by the party workers. But workers did not realise that they had caused scamper and this made senior BJP leader to fall but luckily there was a sofa behind him. So he landed safely on it. Had there been no sofa (behind him), Singh may have sustained injury.
In the video that has gone viral on social media, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader can be seen falling on the sofa. The fall annoyed Rajnath Singh who then instructed party workers to take away the garland. His security men stepped in and asked the workers to get down off the stage.
