CBSE Class 12 board exam topper allegedly gang-raped in Haryana

A 19-year-old college student was allegedly abducted and gang-raped by four to five men in Haryana’s Mahendergarh district, police said on Thursday.

The student was on her way to coaching classes when she was allegedly kidnapped and taken to a secluded place in a car where she was gang-raped after being offered some drink laced with sedatives.

Later the accused left her near a bus stop in Kanina in Mahendergarh and fled away.

The shocking incident took place on Wednesday.

The police are investigating the case.

According to media reports, the student was brilliant in academics and had topped the CBSE class 12 board exam.

According to a police official of woman police station, a zero FIR has been registered on the complaint of the student.
