Two BJP lawmakers in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday entered into a physical fight with each other over placement of names on foundation stone.
Sant Kabir Nagar BJP MP Sharad Tripathi and BJP MLA Rakesh Singh initially argued with each other over the matter. At this time, others present tried to pacify both of them. But the matter escalated.

The two exchanged blows. Tripathi removed his shoe and started thrashing Singh repeatedly with it.

Soon, Singh reached close to Tripathi and slapped him on his face. The policemen present came rushing in and tried controlling the explosive situation.
