Patna: Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Union Minister Giriraj Singh on Wednesday advised those demanding proof or evidence of air strike at terror camp across the border to go to Pakistan.

“Those questioning and demanding proof or evidence of air strike against terror should make passport and go to Pakistan. Critics of air strike should go to Balakot and conduct survey there,” Singh told the media here.

Giriraj Singh has been known for his controversial statements.

In reply to a query whether he is upset with his party after the BJP’s national leadership reportedly agreed to give his Nawada parliamentary seat in Bihar to the LJP, an NDA ally, he said: “I will accept any decision the party will take. I will abide by it.”

The Union Minister, however, declined to say anything more on this issue.

“Whatever the party high command will direct to do I will do it. There is nothing above the party,” he added.

According to state BJP sources, the Nawada seat went to the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) under the seat-sharing formula finalised by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
