Prashant Tamang’s death: Wife Martha Ale and 3-year-old daughter’s grief leaves fans in tears

Death of Prashant Tamang, winner of Indian Idol Season 3 and a popular singer-actor, has left everyone in deep shock. His passing at the age of just 43 is a profound loss for his family, friends, and millions of fans.

A video that surfaced on social media shows his wife, Martha Ale, breaking down in tears while bidding a final farewell to her husband. Their three-year-old daughter was also seen looking visibly emotional, which deeply moved many people.

On Monday, Prashant’s mortal remains were brought to Bagdogra Airport in West Bengal, where family members and close friends were present to receive him. His body was then taken to Darjeeling, where a large number of people gathered to pay their last respects.

In the viral video, Martha is seen struggling to hold back her emotions as she stands before her husband’s body, comforting their daughter by holding her close. The sight of the grieving family has brought tears to the eyes of fans and well-wishers alike.

Martha had earlier clarified that Prashant’s death was due to natural causes and that he passed away peacefully in his sleep. She also dismissed all rumours surrounding his death.

Prashant Tamang passed away in Delhi on January 11. A native of Darjeeling, he rose to nationwide fame after winning Indian Idol in 2007. He later worked extensively in Nepali cinema and delivered several successful performances. He was recently seen in the web series Paatal Lok Season 2, and reports suggest that he will also appear in Salman Khan’s upcoming film Battle of Galwan.
