India thrash West Indies by 9 wickets in 5th ODI, clinch series 3-1
After bowling out West Indies at just 104 runs in 31.5 overs, Men In Blue defeated the rivals by 9 wickets in the fifth ODI at Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday. Team India sealed the series by 3-1.
By this team India won eighth consecutive ODI Series against West Indies.
India just lost one wicket to reach a low total of 104 runs. Rohit Sharma batted well and scored 63 runs. He was supported well by skipper Virat Kohli who knocked 33 runs.
In the bowling department, Ravindra Jadeja took four wickets by giving away 34 runs. Pacer Jasprit Bumrah claimed two wickets for 11 runs.
