DU student alleges man masturbated on board the bus, lodges FIR

A Delhi university student has lodged an FIR against a middle aged man for masturbating inside a bus while sitting next to her. The FIR was lodged by the Vasant Vihar police against the unidentified man on Sunday after the girl student reported the matter with a video of the incident, reported Hindustan Times.
The DU student said that no one came to her help despite her raising an alarm. While the incident took place on February 7, the accused remains unidentified. The incident happened when the 23-year old student was returning home from college. The girl also mentioned that the man repeatedly tried to touch her waist with his elbow.
The student has also posted the video on Twitter the following day. She said that the man should not go unpunished.
