UP Cop who shouted ‘Thain Thain’ nominated for bravery award (WATCH)

UP police has hailed cop Manoj Kumar for his ‘act of bravery’ after a video of him shouting ‘Thain Thain’ to scare a wanted criminal during an encounter went viral. Manoj was heard shouting ‘Maro Ghero, Maro Maro, Thain Thain’ after his pistol got jammed during encounter in Sambhal district.

 

 

Manoj’s name has been sent for a commendation disc and a certificate from DGP, Uttar Pradesh, reported The Times Of India. Manoj is a sub-inspector in UP police.

This incident had happened when police were chasing a wanted criminal Rukshar who has a bounty of Rs 25,000 over his head. The police were able to successfully corner Rukhsar who has several cases against him.
