New Delhi: Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary courted controversy by making objectionable remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and later claimed he was misunderstood because if his poor Hindi.

The leader said he had no intention to hurt the Prime Minister. “If PM is upset with it, I am sorry, ” he said.
