BSF’s punitive action forces Pakistan Rangers to plead for ceasefire

The punitive action by Border Security Force across the international border compelled Pakistan Rangers on Sunday to plead for stoping the firing.

The BSF said Pakistan Rangers called them and pleaded with them to stop firing along the international border in J&K.

This happened after the BSF fired a rocket which destroyed a Pakistani bunker and killed a troop, in response to Pakistan’s unprovoked firing.

A senior BSF officer said that the befitting reply by men in uniform to unprovoked firing across the international border by Pakistan Rangers forced them to plead for ceasefire.

The BSF has also released a thermal video footage showing how an enemy bunker was blown up in Pakistan territory.
