Big Boss 12 : Shocked father breaks silence on his daughter Jasleen’s relationship with Anup Jalota
While Salman Khan’s Big Boss Season 12 is off to a mega start what is grabbing even more eyeballs is bhajan singer Anup Jalota and his pupil-cum-girlfriend Jasleen Matharu’s relationship. Twitterati is yet to digest this news ever since it broke on Sunday on Salman Khan’s show Big Boss.
The news has also come as a shocker to Jasleen’s family and her father has come in his daughter’s defence. In a report in News18, Jasleen’s father accepted that his family too was shocked when they came to know of their daughter in relationship with Jalota. Bhajan Singer Jalota is 65 and is 37 years older to Jasleen.
“This news was a shocker for the entire family. I don’t want to comment anything on her personal life till I meet her. She is on the Bigg Boss 12 house and want her to stay positive and emerge as the winner of the show. There are many other contestants who have controversial past, my daughter has not done anything wrong. I wish her all the best for the show and be an inspiration for the society”, News18 report quoted Kesar Matharu as saying.
Anup Jalota dating 28-year-old singer Jasleen Matharu came as a huge shock to the social media users who have been mercilessly trolling them for the past two days. The two have been in a relationship for last three years but it is for the first year that the couple opened up in public about their relationship. Jasleen had said on Salman’s show that even her family and friends do not know about their relationship and that it would leave them shocked.
But it appears Jasleen is unaffected with the clamour around her. “This is going to come as a huge shock to my parents as no one is aware of my relationship with Anup Jalota ji. We have been dating each other for the last three and a half years. We usually don’t get time to spend with each other in the outside world due to our busy schedules, but now with the help of Bigg Boss, we will get to do so. Also, we will get to know if we can stay together forever”, Jasleen had told Times Of India in an interview.
