“I had resigned from DDC in April, to join the legal profession. That is all. Not interested in rumours”, Khaitan tweeted. He was referring to Delhi Dialogue and Development Commission from which he had resigned in April this year.

Ashutosh on August 15 had resigned from AAP but his resignation was not accepted by party chief Arvind Kejriwal.

“Every journey has an end. My association with AAP which was beautiful/revolutionary has also an end.I have resigned from the PARTY/requested PAC to accept the same. It is purely from a very very personal reason. Thanks to party/all of them who supported me Throughout. Thanks”, Ashutosh had tweeted.

Kejriwal in reply to it had tweeted, ‘How can we accept ur resignation? Na, is janam main to nahi (No, not in this life)’

However, it is not yet clear why Ashish Khetan quit AAP.
