NEET 2018 result announced, Bihar girl Kalpana Kumari tops the exam

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Monday announced results of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018.

Students can check their result on official website cbseneet.nic.in.

Bihar girl Kalpana Kumari has topped in NEET 2018 with a percentile of 99.99. She secured 171 marks out of 180 in Physics, 160 out of 180 in Chemistry and 360 out of 360 in Biology (Biology and Zoology). Her overall score is 691 out of 720.

Out of 13.36 lakh students who had registered for NEET 2018, 7.14 lakh managed to clear it. The exam was conducted on May 6 this year.

NEET is conducted by the CBSE for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in colleges run with the approval of the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the Dental Council of India (DCI).
