Toll plaza in Uttar Pradesh painted in saffron

A toll plaza on the Muzaffarnagar-Saharanpur highway has been painted in saffron, a colour much to the likes of Yogi Adityanath led Uttar Pradesh government.

From the Chief’s Minister’s office to various spots, saffron colour has been the favourite of the ruling government. And this time, a toll plaza has been painted in the saffron.

The secretariat in Lucknow was also in the past painted in the same colour. Gomti Nagar police station and boundary walls of Haj Committee office in the state capital was given Saffron touch.

But this did not go down well with the opposition who termed it a political stunt of the BJP.
