‘Kisi bhi mob ki hinsa, wo aapke ghar ki, mohalle ki, jaati ki, party ki ho, wo kabhi bhi abhinandaniya nahin ho sakti. Parantu, duniya ke jitne bhi dharm hain, unke kisi ek dharam sthal par bata do ki gaye (cow) ka vadh hota hai’ (No kind of mob violence can be welcomed. Tell me if in any religion across the world, cows are slaughtered at their religious place) Indresh said.

‘Isaa (Jesus) dharti par gaushala mein aaye, isliye waha mother cow bolte hain. Mecca Madina mein gaye ka vadh apradh maante hain. Kya hum sankalp nahi kar sakte ki dhara, manavta ko is paap se muqt karaein.Agar muqt ho jaaye to aapki samasya(mob lynching) ka hal ho jaayega’ (Jesus came to this earth in a stable and that’s why they call the cow ‘mother’. In Mecca Madina killing of cow is a crime. Can’t we take a pledge that lets get humanity rid of this sin. If this sin gets rid off, the problem of mob lynching will get solved), he added.

Indresh made these remarks while answering questions on Alwar lynching.

A 31-year-old Akbar from Haryana’s Mewat district was lynched in Alwar in Rajasthan late on Friday night. Akbar was attacked by a group of men. He had succumbed to his injuries. Akbar along with his friend Aslam were taking bovines from the fields at midnight. When the animals cried out, some villagers came out and thrashed Akbar. Aslam had managed to escape from the scene.
