Four persons including CISF personnel killed in Naxal attack in Chhattisgarh

Atleast four persons including a CISF personnel were killed on Thursday when Naxals triggered a blast on a bus near Bacheli in Dantewada in Chhattisgarh, reported news agency ANI.

According to initial reports, Naxals triggered an IED blast. Among those killed include bus driver, conductor and the cleaner, police said.

Dantewada Superintendent of Police, Abhishek Pallava told PTI that two CISF personnel were also injured in the attack.

He said that the attack took place when the personnel were returning to their camp after purchasing groceries from the market.

This is the second attack by Naxals in past fortnight in Dantewada district of poll-bound Chhattisgarh state. A few days ago, a Doordarshan cameraman was killed in an ambush by the Naxals. Two policemen had got martyred in the same attack.
