A police sub-inspector was caught red-handed by vigilance team while accepting bribe. He in a bid to escape the vigilance team, tried swallowing the money to destroy the evidence. The video of the incident is going viral on social media.
All of this happened in Haryana’s Faridabad on Tuesday.
According to reports, the sub-inspector had asked for bribe for taking action in case of buffalo theft. The cop had reportedly taken bribe from a man identified as one Shambhu Nath. Shambhu had urged cop to initiate action against the accused who had stolen his buffalo.

But the police officer was caught by the vigilance department. When he was nabbed, he acted strangely. He tried to swallow the currency notes to destroy evidence.
