Congress to talk to others on raising PNB fraud in Parliament

New Delhi :  The Congress on Tuesday said that it would talk to other parties on raising the Rs 11,300-crore PNB fraud and the Rotomac fraud issue in the second leg of Parliament’s Budget Session to seek answers from the government on the credibility of banking sector.

“The second part of the budget session is going to start and we will talk to other parties which are concerned about the country’s banking sector. We will demand answers from the government on these issues,” Congress leader Manish Tewari told media persons.

“Till the government addresses these issues, we are not going to leave it,” he said.

“The political parties which are affected by the malgovernance of the government will come together in Parliament on these issues and will ask the government to break its silence.

“You must have seen how all political parties came together and met the President (Ram Nath Kovind) on the issue of Judge (B.H.) Loya’s death case. We will seek answers from the government on these issues in Parliament,” he added.
