2012 Delhi gangrape & murder : SC upholds death sentence for three convicts

The Supreme Court on Monday upheld the death sentence of the rape accused in the 2012 Delhi gangrape and murder case.
The apex court dismissed the review petition of three of the four accused. The fourth death row convict Akshay Kumar Singh has not filed a review petition.
A SC bench comprising Chief Justice Dipak Misra and justices R Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan rejected the pleas of Mukesh, Pawan Gupta and Vinay Sharma.
