Paper Leak : CBSE decides not to hold re-examination for Class X students

The CBSE on Tuesday decided not to re-conduct Mathematics paper for Class X students. The decision was taken even after the Maths question paper had got leaked. Times Of India reported that CBSE has decided not to hold re-examination for Mathematics course for class X.
TOI also reported that the decision of not conducting the exam could be taken after thorough analysis. But any official confirmation by the board was yet to be made. The CBSE is expected to make the announcement later in the day today.
Indian Express reported that there are roughly 14 lakh students who had appeared in the Maths exam. The decision will come as a major relief to the students and their harried parents.
Class X math examination was held on March 28.
