New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday ordered status quo on the July 10 plea by Karnataka’s rebel Congress and JD-S MLAs alleging that Assembly Speaker K.R. Ramesh was delaying acceptance of their resignations.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said the matter required a detailed hearing and schedule it for further hearing on Tuesday.
