3 children mowed down by SUV in Patna, locals hold protest

An SUV mowed down four children in Agam Kuan area of Patna on late Tuesday night. While three children died, one child suffered injures.
News agency ANI quoted police as saying that three children died, while one got injured. Also one of the SUV occupants died in the incident. Further investigation is underway.

According to reports, the children were sleeping on a footpath in the area, when they were mowed down by the SUV.
The locals held a protest. They beat up the SUV driver to death, police said. The locals alleged that the vehicle driver was under the influence of the alcohol.
