Woman harassed on moving bus, man touched her inappropriately gets repeatedly slapped

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala): A shocking incident has come to light from Kerala, where a young woman was harassed on a moving bus. The video of the incident, recorded by the woman herself, has gone viral on social media. According to media reports, the incident occurred on Thursday in Thiruvananthapuram.

The woman was travelling on a city bus when a male passenger seated next to her began to behave inappropriately. Initially, he allegedly touched her inappropriately, and later, his actions crossed all limits when he tried to put his hand inside her top.

Angered by the assault, the woman slapped the man hard — not once, but several times — in front of other passengers.

The commotion alerted fellow passengers and the bus conductor, who immediately intervened.

According to The Hindu, passengers who witnessed the incident said the man should be handed over to police immediately. Following the woman’s protest, the accused was forced to get off the bus, as per reports.

According to reports, no formal police complaint has been filed yet.
