Actor and comedian Sunil Grover, known for his role as ‘Gutthi’ and ‘Dr Mashoor Gulati’ has undergone heart surgery. According to media reports, Grover underwent surgery at Asian Heart Institute in Mumbai.
Actress Simi Grewal took to Twitter to express shock on coming to know about the development. Simi wrote, “Am shocked that @WhoSunilGrover has had heart surgery. Filling our hearts with laughter & joy..at the cost of his own.Broken heart.. I pray he recovers fast..Folded hands He has a formidable talent..& I’m a huge fan!!”

Sunil is famous among audience for his style of doing comedy. His role as ‘Gutthi’ and ‘Dr Mashoor Gulati’ are much liked characters.
According to media reports, Sunil was admitted to hospital after he complained about chest pain. He then underwent heart surgery. The reports further stated that Sunil health condition is better and that he is recuperating.
